Currently, if there is any change that takes the header and footer out of balance or a reviewer group is somehow deleted, the status of the invoices changes to not ready. If there are multiple reviewer groups for an invoice, the "not ready" status takes away visibility of the invoice for all reviewer groups. There isn't a notification which lets the reviewer or person who routed the invoice that the invoice has gone into the not ready status, so these invoices sit unapproved and unpaid.
