If I enter 10 Unapproved Invoices, the reviewer is getting 10 email notifications. Instead, when the WF Notifier runs (set to run once daily at 11am), can it just send One notification letting the review know they have ATLEAST ONE new invoice to review?

  You should be able to do this yourself by going to the Consolidation Groups tab of the workflow notifier job. Typically you'd consolidate by the "To" field or possibly the subject if it's distinct.

   

  The Consolidation tab is pretty important for notifiers since it's often returning multiple records per recipient and you don't want it to send everyone tons of emails.
