Can an email alert be sent to processors when invoices are rejected in VEC?

We are using Keystyle as the routing system and when a reviewer regrets an invoice, no one is being notified in VEC, nor does anyone know an invoice is rejected.  In the meantime, we are running the AP Unapproved Invoices report and selecting Print Rejected Only in VEC to see what invoices are being rejected.  Adding an email alert to the processor will be of great value in expediting the process and paying our vendors.

  This can be done with the setup of notifier jobs. See the AP Unapproved Invoices Rejected job in the WF Module form WF Notifier Job Manager. You need to have email configured on your server in the Configure Viewpoint Remote Service program. Then you can activate the notifier job in the WF module. If you have email setup on the server, I'd be happy to assist in getting the notifier job working at no charge.
