On rejected invoices we should be able to look at the system notifications sent out. It would also be nice to be able to mofify the format. The other issue I have is if the whole invoice is rejected a header and detail notification is sent. This is over kill. Just one notifier is required to the responsible person.

This creates a lot of traffic in the email box of the clerks responsible and items can be missed as a result. Also the header information is incomplete. It is not giving the company, sequence id and the month. This is very difficult for those who deal with multi company entries.

    You can enable/disable the rejection notifiers by opening HQ Review Group and selecting the appropriate rejection notification options. The mails sent by these settings are fixed and not editable. 

    They would like more information included in the header (like Company number and sequence number OR they would like the ability to edit/control this email.
