As a final approver of invoices, when I reject an invoice a generic emails goes out to the individuals that were involved in approving that invoice. I always enter a comment on why I'm rejecting the invoice but it does not show up in the email and I always have approvers asking why I rejected it. It would be very helpful for the comment to show up in the automatic email that is generated.

The rejection emails come from Vista. I've moved this suggestion to the Vista board.
