Different Contracts have different specifications regarding Labor Categories. Currently in the software, this is not a template specific form, therefore, you cannot map a Journeyman as an 'X' for one template and a 'Y' on another, or group different combinations of Labor Levels into different groups when they fall into different billing rate levels.

I will add, that if we are utilizing a Labor Rate Override, we should also be able to Override the Labor Category Description. I can get the rate I need, but not the Description needed for that specific Template.
We have the same billing scenario where Customer A needs us to group our different classes one way and Customer B needs them grouped another way.
The error checking happens on JBLX whereas it should be checked when trying to add a Labor Category, which already has the combination, to JBLR or JBLO. Fix is fairly straightforward and since Labor Category is only in JBLO, JBLR, and JBLX, modifying it to accept those combinations should be easy enough.
