Adding a default value for report parameters is a wonderful thing. It would be much better if the user could change the defaults for their purposes.

Sort of like an F3 properties for the report launcher, so the user can set whatever defaults they want? Seems pretty useful!
Just setup another copy of the same report in PR Report Titles. Put a -"name" at the end of the title to identify the person who wants the report. Change the parameters to what that employees want to run. They then have their own special report. The main problem with this is that if a change needs to be made in the crystal report then every report that spun off the original has to be changed as well. That's makes your Idea sound much BETTER!
