Add "Date Range Selected" on the JC Detail report report pages not just the cover page

When we updated to 6.19 the JC Detail report no longer has the Date Range Selected on the details page(s)

The range is only on the cover page - For long (many pages) reports it is time consuming to flip back to the cover page.
