Current WO Quote History only tracks data when there is a direct link between a WO and a Quote.
In many cases we create quotations from WO's but do not return approved quote items to that original WO. We want to retain line of sight to the entire chain.
Parent WO > Subsequent quote (regardless of where it ends up) > New WO (if applicable on quote acceptance)
