There are situations where you need to be able to enter an amount that does not equal the rate time hours and need to keep the original earn code.
The correct validation logic in the stored procedure bspPRTBVal should change from
if @amt <> ROUND(@hours * @rate, 2)
To
if @hours <> 0 AND (@amt <> ROUND(@hours * @rate, 2))
That way it will not validate the rate times hours if the hours are set to zero.
This new validation was added as part of 6.19.17.
