I need more space to email invoices to multiple people - not enough character spaces

Customers are requesting more and more people get copies of invoices sent and there is not enough space to add additional email addresses

  I am being asked to put in a new suggestion to get this function to be available as it has apparently been disabled. This is very important t our customers and difficult to manage manually.
