It would be nice to be able to add a database field from an SM Invoice to be included in the subject and/or body of an email delivery message. For Example "Company Name Invoice [Invoice Number], PO [PO Number]" so the customer knows the invoice number and PO number right away

Adding my vote to this!
Also, to be able to have the PDF attachment saved with a custom file name including things like Invoice # and Customer #. Basically the same setup that is currently available through Create and Send in other modules.
Agreed. This wouldn't only help the customer but also our users when trying to find the Invoice in their e-mails (because now, the subject, body and attachment names are all generic).
