We have customers that require us to name our PDF's with a certain naming convention prior to submitting invoices electronically. It is necessary on their end to have the property name (Service Site Description) as the naming convention. It would be nice to either have a field that we could define the naming convention, or perhaps have it set to "Service Site Description-Invoice#".

Same issues here! This sure would cut down on a lot of wasted time spent saving invoices as PDF, renaming and then emailing via a separate email client.
Same issue here! We do many work orders for large corporations and to send them the same "SMInvoiceReport" several times per day which represent multiple work orders and invoices not acceptable. This invoice email should be named the invoice number at the very least, and allow us to customize the name before delivery
