In cloud, need ability to direct email from Crystal report like on prem version

I have at least 20 people who were doing this many times a day in the on-prem version. We went to cloud and had no idea this was going away. It is a huge problem as a giant time-sump!!! AP, Purchasing and AR (roughly 20+ people) need this many times a day - THINK ISSUING P.O.S!

  We want the on-prem option back! There was nothing wrong with it.
