If all licenses are not in use, Vista will still Auto-Log Out the user. Example, if only 1 of 13 licenses are in use, Vista will Auto-log out the user for inactivity. Maybe someone is working at night, weekends, holidays, etc. It would be better, if the user is auto-log out when all 13 licenses are in use. Once all licenses are in use, any user with inactivity for the time limit set, will be logged off at that time. We just to make sure a license is available for someone not logging in yet. We also don't want to unnecessarily Auto-Log Out users, when licenses are still available.
