Is it possible to still enter ALL invoices through AP unapproved. But if an invoice is under a threshold (example $1,000) and the lines are all tied to a Type 6-PO, then the invoice does not need to go for a 2nd approval.
But if a second line manually is entered against the invoice it would have to still go through a reviewer group.
We find we have this on invoices under this that is a second redundant approval. But would like to still be able to enter all invoices in the same place. not 2 different programs. AP Entry / AP Unapproved entry
Is there a way to have this happen? A setting in the set-up that would allow this?
We have this option available on the PO Pending Purchase order, that if you are a purchaser, you have up to $3,000 on the PO as a whole. If it's under it does not have to go through the review of the job or equipment, but can just be processed.
Would be nice to see this feature in AP Unapproved Invoices, if it's been initialized to an approved / received PO, to be able to automatically "approve" and post the invoice in this case.
