Show Trip Schedule and Progress as separate indicators on the Dispatch Board

The dates of a trip on the Dispatch Board are changed from the Scheduled Dates of the trip to the Status Dates. I will provide 2 examples:


A trip is scheduled for July 19th with a duration of 1.5 hours. The technician does not mark the trip as completed until Wednesday, the 21st. In the Dispatch Board, this now shows as a 3 day trip from 7/19 to 7/21. It was not marked as a Multiday trip. A Dispatcher may think the technician is busy on the 20th and 21st when they are available.

This example is a multi-day trip. The trip was scheduled to start in the 19th and complete on the 21st. The technician marked the Work Order as "In Progress" on the 20th. On the dispatch board, the trip now shows as starting on the 20th and ending on the 22nd. This will confuse the dispatcher thinking that the technician is busy on the 22nd. The board should show both the schedule and the actual progress as separate indicators.
