We still badly need to email AR invoices to customers. Forcing our employees to manually create an invoice and email by hand to each customer leaves far too much room for error, not to mention there's no audit trail showing the email being sent within our ERP which we are able to get from MS Email delivery. When will this be added to AR?!?
Please still add this ability to AR! It is so frustrating to have to go look up emails every time I invoice for something that is not material or job related, and also have no record of whether the invoice got sent or not!
Gary, I think invoice delivery through AR would still be valuable. Our organization isn't using the Job Billing module. (At least not as of yet) Now we're working to find the best way to send invoices electronically, but we're unsure if we should continue using the AR module, or retrain staff in using Job Billing so we can us JB Invoice Delivery.
Will this update include workflow functionality and email notifications for internal reviewers/approvers?
Targeted for the 2023 R1 release - putting it through QA now

This is an important improvement and Vista needs to get this completed as soon as possible if not before.

Look for JB email delivery in an upcoming release - working on it now.
With email delivery of invoices available from MS, SM and JB, will an email from AR still be valuable? (AR Statements already can be emailed)
