After we updated to Vista 2021 R2.02, the new SM Generate PM Work Order process batches together all work order generation requests and runs them as a job at a scheduled time. The "Entered By" user no longer displays the person who created the work orders, but all generated work orders now display as "Entered By vcsservice". We make use of the "Entered By" information on the work order and would like to see it added back to the work order.
