We will run out of SM Work Order Numbers due to the limit of 10 characters if the format was changed from INT to Numeric or Alpha Numeric this would resolve this issue.

The INT value type only stores up to 2,147,483,647, not 9 billion. My bad. Dividing my estimates by 9 still leaves quite a bit of room though. :-)
10 digits, that would be 9,999,999,999.
We started at the 10,000 range, and have over 9.9 billion left. At 100 per day, we still have 99 million days, or 271 thousand years.
Even if we did 10 thousand per day, we'd have over 2,700 years left.
How many work orders do you guys do per day?
