Many of the forms allow paging, so we can specify "Only show top X number of rows in the grid". This speeds things up for SM Work Orders quite nicely.
But for some reason this is disabled in SM Call Handler.
This makes it so opening SM Call Handler takes about 12 seconds currently, and will only get worse as we progress in time.
Right when a client calls in, is NOT the time you want the CSR to be like "wait a few seconds before telling me what's happening...."
