In approved change orders, you can enter units when the UM = LS. If there are no units, nothing can be projected.

Units field is only enabled for unit based codes, LS is not a a unit based code, therefore the system does not allow the entry of units. The setup of the unit of measure codes effect not just change order entry but the entire system, as the same unit of measure code can be used in many Vista forms. If you need ability to capture units with a LS type of change order, the easiest thing to do is to create a new unit of measure code in HQ Units of Measure form that allows to capture units and call it something similar, many customers use "LSU" or "LS."
We had this issue, too. I switched to LSU - Lump Sum Units, and resolved our issue. Hope this helps!
