I have a suggestion/improvement for VP, add a CC or BCC option for emailed invoices and statements. Then we could add our department email in the CC or BCC and have those emails accessible in our mail server to prove they were sent. Thanks

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
For a client, we had their IT setup a mail routing rule in M365 Exchange to BCC an internal address so that we could see what was sent from Vista SM Invoice Delivery. This is fairly quick configuration for an Exchange expert. Vista configuration would be helpful, but the mail routing rule could be implemented now.
