Since so many of us are using referral programs to attract new talent, I would like payroll to have a form for referrals. It would be very helpful if we could assign a hold code similar to AP and then release it to a separate sequence on the due date. We currently manage everything in Excel and Outlook; it would be great if the system did this for us.
