If a manager is going to be on vacation and needs to have someone else fill in for timecard approval, currently the only options are to either keep their backup reviewer listed on the reviewer group at all times or manually adding/removing the backup reviewer for the time they are needed. This is less than ideal because most backup reviewers already have a reviewer group of their own and do not want to see additional records in their queue every week. Also, manually keeping track usually involves having to set a reminder because you typically know weeks in advance that someone will be out of the office and need to wait to add the backup reviewer into the group. I think there needs to be a backup reviewer section on HQ Reviewer Groups where you can select the backup reviewer and have multiple effective/end dates that automatically give them reviewer access during those time periods.
