I would like to clean up a large number of old disposed assets that were depreciated through Vista years ago. The system will not allow you delete an asset where an Amount Taken is greater than zero in the depreciation schedule. In order to delete the asset I have to go into each month in the schedule and manually zero out all of the Amount Taken entries.
Viewpoint needs to provide an Asset Deletion program that will allow this tedious task to be automated for disposed assets.

This isn't the best option, but you can use the search feature of EM Equipment to hide all equipment marked as Inactive. Or create a UD field that you search.
