We would like the ability to restrict users from deleting attachments. Currently if they go into DM they have the ability to delete attachments; and there is no way to restrict this in VA

Retrieving Multiple Attachments for backup on Pay Apps is an every day function in the construction industry, users need the function to copy multiple attachments at one time, by job or vendor or ect. The Manage Attachment Function also allows users to delete multiple attachments, these two functions need to be separated.
Allow for Tab Security in the Manage Attachment Option, so that we can have users only copying multiple attachments. OR set up an option for users to copy multiple attachments only.
