It'd be great if we had the ability to include attachments in workflow notifiers. We have a ud table where every record should have a PDF attachment, and a group of people are notified every time a new record is added, but they are wanting the pdf attached if possible.

Was this going to be released or does a premium feature need to be purchased like when linking I-9's to E-Verified, Benefit enrollment to Carriers, Data Exchange? Would the VISTA API work on this?
is this still in review, we would like to be able to attach copies of invoices to a WF notifier job that is being sent out to a customer/vendor and would find this very useful
This would be a great addition to our workflow, I hope it's still being actively researched.
This topic has been brought up a number of times over the past few years, yet nothing has been done or even spoken about from the Vista side. This would be a great asset to the system. Is this even being considered?
I agree this is needed. There is no way today to format the Table in the WF Notifier Jobs to have different alignment or different formats (i.e. currency or short date fields) and can't add totals either. All of these would have been a work around for missing attachments or reports so it doesn't provide a valid work around for this essential functionality.
This is a must in today's electronic world. We would like to attach documents to our AP payment notifications we email out. We would like to attach documents to both electronic and manual check payments. We send out vendors updated W9s and information periodically.

We'd like a copy of the PO (pdf from Keystyle) attached to the notifier so the originator can email it to the supplier as required by our purchasing policy.
Or a link that could open up the attachment form for that record, something that would not require the recipient to open Vista separately and navigate to the attachment. But yes the ideal feature would be the attachment(s) get attached to the email itself
Within the message would be fantastic, but I'd settle for just being able to attach them as standard email attachments.

For example, the users would want to see the attachments appear in the email message itself, correct?
If that is correct, then this is a great idea, but needs to be researched to determine feasibility. We're on it.
