We have been on Viewpoint for an extended period and have had many Project Mangers come in and go out of our company. Currently the drop down to Select a Project Manager in the PM Module shows every Project Manager who ever worked for us. List is long, with many unknown people from year ago. You need to include Employee in the JCMP table and on the Maintenance Form with an ActiveYN field.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
At PJ Hoerr we do that with the user defined module, but it's something Viewpoint needs to address for long term customers. Gene Fandel
