Allow us to format udFields on a form.

The default for bHrs is 3 decimal places when our meters only to 1 decimal place. I would like to format the file for 1 decimal place on the form to prevent user errors

  Couldn't you use a normal datatype (instead of bHrs), and set the formatting yourself?
