Suggesting an Apple/Android app for field tech’s to use that features a simplified user interface with current assigned tasks for that login/user, buttons for timesheets, access to their own training records, risk assessments/JSA’s/SWMS which are linked automatically to tasks, inventory lists for assigned sites, company related forms and documentation, the ability to take a photo and attach it to the job, etc. Information entered into the system is already done in the office, and the app could access and add to that information.
We find that our field tech's are spending too much time navigating, at times in confusion, crossing between different programs, emailing this and that, when all they want to do is get the paperwork out of the way so they can get on with their job. The increase in efficiency would also increase productivity - one obvious benefit to the organisation.
The technology is there and surely others would find this useful also?

Resource Management is the only one that I know of offered as a website.
I agree that it would be nice to have ALL the modules and forms accessible via a browser, but I aint holding my breath.

On their road map, they have mentions of a website, which would be accessible from all devices. So far the website is limited to just a few PM related activities.
