I'd like the ability to preset my message settings in penvelope, then open the message in my default email program. (In my case, Outlook/Exchange.) Specifically, I'd like to set my template, distribution, attachments, etc., then have those settings pull, generating the attachment I defined in penvelope as an Outlook email. If this can also be logged in Vista, also, that would be ideal. Such as: if I have someone set as my recipient via "Distribution" or "Message" in Vista, I then click something like "send using default application" (kind of like the "view in application" button when viewing reports) that information is logged, not necessarily tracking the final Outlook sent message.
We are simply unable to get our messages to send successfully within our company. They send, but end up in the junk mailboxes for most of our contacts. The benefit to this also being that information is tracked both in Vista, and Exchange. Giving me two places to reference, especially if I am not in the office.
