Currently, every other notification that comes out of the platform uses the same email address set in Workflow Notifications. As far as I know, Service Dispatch is the only module that forces you to "Send on Behalf" of the person dispatching. This creates all kinds of email security issues, and there should be an option to bypass it and make all notifications send as the generic notification email.
For example, all of our alerts come out as noreply@xxx.com. Service Dispatch, however, sends as "FirstName LastName on behalf of noreply@xxx.com". This needs to have an option to follow the same scheme as the rest of the program.
