Dispatch board uses the email address from the HR Resources Master / PR Employee, which is the employees' personal email address for this client.

We have the same problem and it is preventing our Service and Maintenance department from wanting to use the Dispatch Board. Has anyone created a good workaround?
We have the same issue. We need to have an alternative email from their Payroll account. You would think this should be set up in the SM Technicians area.
Customer has said that it would be best to have two email addresses at the HR/PR employee level. One for personal email and another for work. The dispatch board would use the work email address.
