Would like to have an email address set at the SM Technician Level versus it being set in the Payroll Module. Many techs have their personal email address used in the payroll module for their personal information such as their paystubs to be sent.
When emailing in Service Module (assigning work orders being the MAIN priority) - we cannot have these work tickets sent to personal email addresses. This isn't conducive to a good work flow. Need better option!
