There are several ways to reach an employee, both personal and work contact information. The fields in PR Employees and HR Resource Master are not enough and are not the same in both modules. There should be a personal section (one phone and one email) and a work section (one desk, one cell phone, and one email).
Yes, we can create user defined fields for what is missing. The problem is, it would be great if we were able to use those fields for standard reports and workflows. Now we have to create user defined fields, custom reports, and custom workflows.
