Payroll needs to track who is casual/part time/full time etc. Can we add an employment status field in PR Employees, that is linked to the Employment Status field that exists in HR Resource Master. Want HR record to update when the PR record is changed.

An Employment status field in the PR Employee file that is a match to the Employment Status field in HR Resource Master is desperately needed. I have had to modify countless PAYOLL reports to link to the HRRM just to get that one filed of data. Furthermore, when we layoff an employee at the end of our work season and expect that employee to return when the season starts back up we leave the employee as Active but mark them as "Winter Layoff" in Employment Status - we have to go to 2 separate modules to accomplish this. Employment status should be on the main PR Employee screen!
