This would be useful in tracking when an employee moves between jobs and is laid off/rehired. Include group craft/class columns and this would be great tracking tool.
Right now there is only tracking for 2 hire dates and separation dates.

There is a form called VA Audit Logs which records these sorts of things. It's not fantastic, but it will give you what you need.
