We currently add the employee photo to the records but they don't display in the form, that would be nice to know who you working with.

In California we're not allowed to keep identifying information with a hire packet, we have to keep I-9's and the required documents separate from the hire packet (driver's license, ID's)...it's to avoid discrimination. Not sure that adding a photo option would be a good idea, unless you can restrict it's usage.
