As far as I can tell the attachment lister comes with 3 default columns, "File Name", "Description" and "Added". But whenever you open the lister, the default view settings prohibit you from even seeing that the "Added" column exists. On top of that, the column width is not ever locked. So when you stretch out the "File Name" column so that you can read the entire attachment name, if you move down the grid to a new record, the "File Name" column shrinks again to the original size that is too small. It would be nice if the column widths could be saved or locked somehow so that it isn't constantly reverting to this size that is way too small.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Additionally, it would be very helpful if the Attachment Lister would automatically resize to fit all on one screen without having to alter screen resolutions. Any form in which we utilize the Attachment Lister opens across two screens with the split right down the middle of the Attachment Lister. It is very annoying to resize the window EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Being able to lock the column widths would be fantastic. Really frustrating when you have 100 or more records to update and you have to adjust the columns every time, or twice per record if you want to check what you've attached is the correct file, particularly when the critical part of the file name is hidden.
