Revamp HR to Include HRCo fields

It appears HR was made before you could have multiple companies. It would be good to update it so we can for example:

A) Loan assets to employees in other companies

B) In accident tracking assign resources from other companies

  Unfortunately not. Not without creating a custom table and the additional work that comes with that.
