Design ideas:
Identified from Support (Rhonda, Tammy) and PM (Andrew) was the need to move one or two employees at a time from one PR company to another - not a mass update.
A solution discussed involved a new processing form that accepts a HRRef#, displays current PR assignment info (craft, class, etc.) along with earnings, deductions, and liabilities based on current Resource benefits. User would enter a new PR Co# and Employee# and form would display corresponding info from destination PR Co#.
Users should be able to visually inspect differences (e.g. earnings or deduction/liability codes not setup or used differently between PR companies) and either limit the move or setup a cross reference to a valid value. Move/update would not proceed until all discrepancies were resolved.
Process would need to update Payroll Info in HRRM, W-4 dedns in HRWI, DLs in HRBL, and Earns in HRBE.
