We need the ability to edit the Workflow Notifier. At this time, there is not a way to edit the Workflow Notifier that is sent out of Viewpoint for Pending Purchase Orders.
The email is not formatted well and we need to change other info in body as well.

Need options to refine workflow for PM PO approvals as well.
I'd be happy to just be able to disable it. That would allow us to make our own using the Notifier functionality.
Yes. Now that our users are on Keystyle, we need the ability to modify the email to tell them to go to Keystyle instead of the Work Center. Could a tab not be added on the PO Company Parameters to allow us to edit the email message, similar to the way the SM Company Parameters allows customization of the Emails sent out?
This is crucial now that we are using Keystyle. The email is telling the user to user to use the Work Centre in Vista but we need the users to approve in Financial Controls.
We need to either disable this completely or be able to modify what, how and when it gets sent.
We'd like to be able to edit the message, our purchasing policy requires all PO's to be emailed to suppliers once approved. We're currently managing all PO's in Keystyle and everything works perfectly except for the notifier which is letting the whole process down.

WF Notifier Query has a Copy Query feature under File. Need the Query before you can create a new job anyway.
Viewpoint: How about some way to "Copy WF Notifier Job"? That would allow customers to make a duplicate of the job and then modify it to suite their own needs. Either that, or allow us to modify the standard jobs and have a 'Reset Job to Default' button in case we screw it up?
Either way, I think everyone would see real value in the ability to modify at least the formatting of standard jobs.
