There are many cloud-based Subcontractor qualifications companies and many different Estimating software, including Viewpoint Estimating. There are no import templates for the PC Module for the Pre-Qualification data nor the Potential Project forms.
Having import templates would allow us to integrate data from existing qualifications systems as those allow the Subtrades to log into a webform and update their information. This would then have to be manually updated into Vista so we can run our bid lists as well as send Bid Packages in PC. Having an import template would allow us to connect the 2 since Vista does not have a Subtrade portal anymore (discontinued years ago).
Also having an import template for the PC Potential Project form would allow us to integrate Viewpoint Estimating and Vista since this is where bids, estimates, project sizes etc are stored. We would like to avoid having to run reports from 2 systems and manually having to create our Estimate Projects manually in PC to send the bids (bid packaging in Viewpoint Estimating has a lot less features than Vista PC).
