PO Pending Purchase Orders - Once approved they can never be deleted or edited

Once a PO Pending Purchase Order is submitted into the workflow and subsequently approved, it can never be deleted or edited even if it was never processed into a PO Entry Batch.  This creates a problem because occasionally duplicates PO's are entered and the duplicate needs to be deleted or it needs to be edited.

  This issue has been around since Jan 18th 2021 (today is 9.21.2023). No way this should be an 'enhancement', it's silly to think this is how it was designed.

  Should be able to remove processed PO's from the grid, that way PM's don't have to filter through the entire grid every time. Would be beneficial to only see the PO's remaining in the pending status.

  Pending PO's - Change header information after PO is processed. Remove from Grid when PO is closed

  Need to be able to correct dates, and other header fields in Pending PO. Also would like to be able to remove Pending PO's when the PO is closed. Or some other trigger to move them.
