Prevent PO receipt editing or deleting when an invoice has been processed using them.

Users are able to bring a PO receipt back into a PO Receipt Entry batch even though the receipt has been used to process an AP Transaction Entry. It should either not allow it to be added to the batch or be grayed out and prevent changes or deletion until something has been done with the AP Transaction Entry. Like the PO Entry will not let you change PO Item Lines if and PO Receipt Entry has been done. You have to delete the receipt before you can change the PO.
