We currently will get massive job report requests from managers in the field for jobs that aren't consecutive and it would save time if we could select a list of jobs to run at once.

I recall before Viewpoint there was Bidtek construction software that had job cost reports that gave several fields to list particular jobs. I used that report a lot 15 or 20 years ago. I think this suggestion for this job cost report is a good idea and I know I would use it quite often.
I am not sure that we are looking for a report by PM. What if we want a single report for two jobs that cross PMs? A list of jobs would be helpful when running a single report. Now, if I want a set of 4 reports for these 5 jobs, a way to do that would be helpful too. The current report engine will need a redesign.
Have you tried (the standard report called) JC Costs/Estimates by Project Manager?
What you are asking for if a job cost report by PM Project Manager. This can be easily done in Crystal reports if you have the program. If is a very basic report needed by all customers. I am amazed Viewpoint has made one as a standard Vista report.
