We are finding discrepancies between information on a Firm versus the AP or AR master record. It would be nice to have a company parameter available to Auto Create the firm then have this information update from AR/AP if that firm changes its email address, address etc. We have to manually create the firms, then edit 2 different areas if there are changes.

We definitely need contact information for our vendors centralized across all modules so that we can input, use and manage from one location. Not having contact information from PM Firms in the Pre Construction Contacts is extremely irritating.
There are functions under the File menu in PM Firms to initialize a firm from a vendor or customer. In PM Company Parameters there is a check box for 'Allow update from AP'. When a change is made in AP Vendor Master the user is asked if they want to apply the change to the PM Firm. Not sure if there is also a link for updating from AR Customer.
We'd like this functionality within Vista without the need to purchase additional web-based applications. The Suggestion Box should be for users needing features within the products they're licensed for.
What is Viewpoint's Team platform? Is this going to be available to all Vista customers for free? If not, my suggestion applies to the Vista application being implemented instead of a new product.
Viewpoint's Team platform is being built with centralized contact/organization database which will replace the separate tables.
