There should be a way to include all of the text typed into the notes section without requiring the document to be reworked in Word

Since all of the text does not appear on the change orders, many times we have to export the document to Word and move each individual box so that all of the text will show up on the final document.  This is extremely time consuming.  There should be a way to format the text box to include all of the notes written in that section.

  Am I correct in assuming that this request would desire that the text boxes be scrollable so that they can display the entirety of the data included in the text field itself?
