If you create a PCO with 1 PCO Item on it, approve it then interface it, and need to change or add to it, you are allowed to create a NEW PCO Item on that existing PCO, however, the Status on the PCO Item shows as APPROV, but it is NOT. It's Pending. VP should default NEW PCO Items as PEND and not from the header. In the PMOI table for this example, the Status='APPROV' but the Approved column shows 'N' and this is wrong. If a user forgets, there's nothing to point to a PCO Item that hasn't been approved.
